Getting your Vehicle back straight and square.

The foundation of any vehicle is the frame (Trucks/SUVs) or unibody (Cars, Vans, X-overs). In the event of a collision, the frame may become crushed, buckled, or twisted which makes the vehicle unstable, and reduces or eliminates the vehicles’ safety features. To restore frames back to manufacturer’s tolerances, we utilize frame straightening equipment that allows us to safely and efficiently achieve the necessary tolerance.

First, the vehicle is mounted on a heavy, sturdy “jig”, also know as a frame rack.

We utilize computerized frame specifications to measure the vehicle length, width, and height.

We “adjust” the necessary parts with the assistance of hydraulic pressure to pull or push the damaged components back to their initial location.

Parts that cannot be repaired, (mostly unibody components) are then removed, and replacement parts welded back in place, by one of our I-CAR welding-certified technicians utilizing our State of the art MIG, or Spot welders.
