How soon can I get my car in for service?

If your vehicle is not drivable, unsafe, or not street legal, we can tow it immediately.  Please contact us, and we will tow it for you. We will estimate the damages, contact you and/or your insurance company for approval, and begin repairs on your vehicle as soon as we have approval, and/or parts.

If your vehicle is operational, stop by either of our two locations at your convenience Monday thru Friday: 7:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. No appointment is needed for estimates, however your time is important, so we strongly recommend it.

What happens when my vehicle is towed in?

When your vehicle arrives, we will take pictures of the damage. Pre-wash it so the vehicle can be inspected thoroughly. Next we do a thorough examination of the damaged area(s) and write our estimate. We will then call you with a preliminary estimate amount.

No, you can bring your car in anytime during working hours. However, your time is important, so we strongly recommend making an appointment. For convenience, you can call us or email us. Please note that in the case of significant damage, there may be hidden damage that we won’t find until we look at the car itself.

How long will an estimate take?

Estimates vary depending on the amount and type of damage. We understand your time is important, so we will give you the option of waiting for the estimate, or take the necessary information, then email you a copy and follow up with a phone call to discuss the estimate to you.

You may also send us your contact information, insurance information (if necessary), vehicle information including VIN, mileage, license, color, a brief description of the accident/incident, and digital photos of the damage.
