Honesty is always our best policy.

When providing an auto body repair estimate, our I-CAR-trained estimators and technicians start on the surface and look at the most obvious damage. Dents, scratches and painting costs are fairly easy to estimate. We then look at what is below the surface to find damage that might hinder the car’s performance – and your safety. In the case of significant collisions, the frame, or unibody structure may be damaged and need to be straightened. A collision can also affect the steering, suspension and the alignment on all four wheels. Safety components such as seat belts, air bags, and braking systems may also sustain damage.

After thoroughly examining your vehicle, and identifying the damage, we will consult with you to help you weigh your options, and then provide an accurate estimate of what your repairs will cost, and how long it will take to get you back on the road again.

There are often times when a “teardown” of the vehicle is necessary. A teardown is taking the vehicle apart, and assessing the damage as we go, thus creating a thorough and accurate estimate, eliminating any guesswork, and reducing the amount of time to perform the repairs.
